Terms of this ticket

• One ticket per browser every 24 hours, after a quick human check. A network gets five an hour.
• Each hundred tickets has one winner, locked in before the first of them is taken. Check the draws
• The winner gets seven days to write up to 160 characters of plain text.
• A person reads every note before it goes up. No personal details, ads or abuse.
• A note stays up for at least an hour, and until the next one replaces it.
• Your ticket lives in a cookie. Clear it and the ticket is gone.
